These two historical Belgian and French pilgrims routes lead you from Namur to St. Quentin, through Charleroi and Thuin (famous for its UNESCO belfry). Sample some Belgian beer and waffles, before continuing in the footsteps of pilgrims from Millenia ago. The Via Monastica, coinciding in Belgium with the GR 654, extends the Via Mosana from Namur to Rocroi and the French border. The Via Thiérache is a historic path that connects the Via Mosana (coming from Aachen and Maastricht) with the road to Paris.
